Profile: Having come to the Bar after a successful career in Investment Banking, Lynette Calder has developed a practice which uses much of her previous commercial experience. Much of Lynette's practice is in Employment and Housing Law (both employment and leasehold valuation tribunals), including civil repossession and anti social behaviour injunctions. In addition, Lynette is happy to advise on general contract disputes and all aspects of company law.  She also represents defendants facing criminal or civil restraint and confiscation proceedings.
