We have a strong Criminal Practice Team whose successes in both defence and prosecution work have gained them a well earned reputation for expertise across all aspects of criminal law. Our practice covers the full range of casework from shoplifting to major criminal trials involving serious fraud and homicide. We represent clients throughout the UK. Our members work at all levels of the legal system including the divisional and the higher appellate courts.

The members of our litigation team are widely experienced in commercial advocacy and the provision of expert legal advice.
